This paper focuses on the importance of operational control of blood glucose levels and general nutrition of military personnel, especially in combat conditions, to ensure their optimal physical and mental performance. It is emphasized that the dynamic nature of military operations and stressful situations can negatively affect glucose levels, which directly affects the performance and health of soldiers. The text describes the use of continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) systems and the integration of wearable technologies to implement non-invasive, continuous monitoring. The emphasis is on the development of portable devices for automated insulin or glucose administration based on data analysis, which ensure operational readiness and reduce the risk of complications.
