Abstract

In the master's qualification work an example of the implementation of robotic elements for servicing the workplace of machining on the basis of CNC machines is considered, which allows to reduce the influence of the human factor in performing auxiliary operations and increase the level of automation of mechanical processing of workpieces. In the technological part, the analysis of the part's designation and analysis of the details of the component was made on the process, the type of production was determined, the workpiece was designed, the technological process of mechanical processing of the component "Case 01.032" was considered, the admissions to mechanical processing and cutting modes were determined. In the second section a worіking place of mechanical processing of the part "Hull 01.032" was developed for carrying out the vertically-drilling operation on the basis of RTC, which was executed according to the ring type scheme. In the economic part, the calculation of basic technical and economic indicators was carried out, the necessary technological equipment was determined, capital expenditures were determined and a calculation of the technological cost of manufacturing the component was made. In the section on occupational safety and safety in emergencies, recommendations are made for improving the working conditions of workers.
