Анотація
The paper examines the possibilities of improving the efficiency of drinking water delivery services through the implementation of information systems. The main problems of organizing delivery service activities are analyzed, and directions for their optimization are identified. The advantages of using information technologies to improve order management, delivery control, and customer service are substantiated.
