Адаптивний метод пріоритизації задач у будівельних проєктах

Abstract

The paper considers the development of the BuildFlow web system for construction project management, designed to automate the processes of planning, control, and monitoring of construction works. An adaptive task prioritization method is proposed, taking into account the project execution stage, task criticality, delay risks, and dependencies between construction stages. Mechanisms for budget overrun forecasting and construction stage risk assessment based on financial indicators and task status analysis are implemented. The developed system improves the efficiency of construction project management, enables timely identification of critical risks, and enhances managerial decisionmaking processes.
