Системний аналіз процесу реформування вищої технічної освіти на університетському рівні

Abstract

It is proposed to use the system approach as an ideology and system analysis as a method for studying the processes of functioning of institutions of higher education and to determine all the components of these processes in the first two stages of the application of the method. The mathematical model of the "forgetting curve" generated by H. Ebbinghaus has been improved. A new mathematical model of the intellectual state of society has been developed. Systematic transformation of the mathematical model for the process of forgetting the knowledge obtained by students at the lectures has been performed. Based on a system approach, it is mathematically substantiated that the presentation at the beginning of each current lecture of key concepts of material delivered by the lecturer to students in previous lectures, significantly increases the degree of assimilation of new material that the lecturer informs them at this current lecture. To estimate the quality of the learning process for students of higher technical educational institutions in a particular discipline, obtained online, it is proposed to use an adapted form of the well-known ideology of clear estimation of the quality of integration of education with manufacture on fuzzy mathematical models.An approach to system planning of university development based on a fuzzy variant of multicriteria optimization is proposed.
