Abstract

The problems of development of the modern theory and methodologies of agrarian reforms from the point of view of problems of formation and recess of market relations in agricultural sphere of Ukraine are investigated. It is established, that the efficiency of market mechanism operation the in the agrarian market is not sufficient to provide stable and successive development of the branch. Therefore in the majority of countries regulation of the agrarian market, is carried out that it is necessary to consider as the objective and indispensable phenomenon.
