Abstract

This work is done the modernization of the drying complex on the basis of VRC-3 spray dryer was performed. Were considered different ways of drying moist materials. A variant analysis of possible circuit decisions on the organization of the movement of the coolant in the dryer is carried out. The scheme of automation of a spray drying dryer for milk drying, based on the Modicon M171 controller, was developed. The installation of the VRC-3 dryer unit with the installation of the heat exchanger of the recuperator and the cyclone battery is calculated. A mathematical model with numerical calculation is developed.
