Abstract

A hydropulse vibroimpact device for vibration turning with a built-in generator of pressure pulses in the form of a hydraulic cylinder comprises a body with pressure and discharge lines, a tool holder and a cutter with a carrier. In the body of square section with a foot of its fastening in a standardized tool holder of machine and a cavity for supplying a source of energy a valve-spring of slotted type is located, which is a locking element of single-stage pressure pulse generator with parametric principle of formation of pressure pulses, which by an end face of valve part through a spherical recess formed on it leans on the spherical end of cylindrical pusher, the other end of which is in contact with the bottom of the bore in the body, in which is located a package of disk springs mounted on the cylindrical part of the cutter holder, and by a spherical recess at the end the cylindrical part of the tool is pressed by a package of disk springs to the spherical end face of the cylindrical pusher and the other end of the package of disk springs leans on the front lid fastened on the body.
