Abstract

A hydraulic membrane pump has F drive hydraulic system, a body with membrane installed in it, this is rigidly connected to a rod, a pump chamber with suction and pressure valves, automated hydraulic valve. The membrane forms with the body of working hydraulic cylinder intermediate chamber, and piston with rod form in the body of working hydraulic cylinder drive and rod ends. In the rod end a power spring is placed, and in the body of the piston and rod channels are provided, those connect drive end and intermediate chamber. Automated hydraulic valve is made as two-way one and connected by pressure pipeline to drive end, and by overflow mains is connected to the rod end. The pressure main is connected to the drive end, and the rod end is by drain pipe connected to drain through back pressure valve and adjustable choke that are installed in the drain pipe.
