Abstract

In the master’s workan ecological analysis of the toxic effects of water pollutants is carried out. The detailed classification of pollution of the water environment, the main sources of pollution and clogging of reservoirs is given. The influence on living components of the aquatic environment and on human health is considered. The analysis of pollution of the water environment by the branches of economy is carried out. The methods of studying the pollution of the water environment, typical equipment for analysis, and the features of application of GIS-technology for the analysis of the spread of pollution of the aqueous medium are described. An ecological analysis of the toxic effects of water pollution and organisms-bioindicators of toxic substances in the aqueous medium is considered, as well as the use of bioindication for the analysis of pollution. Recommendations on reducing the technogenic action of pollution of the water environment are formulated, which includes a set of measures aimed at reducing water intake by industrial, municipal, agricultural and other objects, and the technologically justified reduction of the total water consumption in production processes. The aim of the work is the ecological assessment of water pollution by bioindication. Field of application - environmental protection.
