Abstract

The master’s qualification work is devoted to the issue of increasing the efficiency of the organization and profit management of the enterprise on the example of PJSC «Volodarka». The paper considers the approaches of scientists to understand the essence and content of the concept of effect, efficiency, management efficiency, effectiveness and profit of the enterprise in particular. The theoretical bases of effective management of the profit of the enterprise are investigated. An approach to assessing the effectiveness of enterprise profits in modern conditions has been developed. The state and development trends of the domestic garment industry are studied. The main indicators of financial and economic condition of PJSC «Volodarka» are described, the analysis of production activity and management system of the enterprise is carried out. The strategy of enterprise development is developed and the basic directions on increase of efficiency of profit management at the enterprise are offered. The modeling of the net profit of the researched enterprise is carried out.
