Abstract

The analysis of the existing experience of the architectural and planning organization of abandoned industrial enterprises and areas subject to reorientation has been carried out. The international experience in the design of residential areas in the area of abandoned industrial zones of the city is analyzed. The main economic methods and requirements for the reconstruction of industrial territories are investigated. The main tendencies of the development of scientifically substantiated principles and methods of housing formation on the basis of non-operating industrial enterprises are revealed. Recommendations on the reorientation of non-operating industrial enterprises to the function of housing are developed. The general plan of the block is developed on the territory of the plant "Ceramics".Designed and designed solution for the roof of a multistory residential building. A technological map was developed for laying roofs of metal tiles and for arranging passes, sidewalks and tracks.
