Abstract

In the thesis project developed measuring temperature based on silicon diode, which is compact, reliable, cheap, can easily be integrated in the amplifier, controller, and other electronic devices. This diode thermometers have a high sensitivity and high accuracy. The review of the literature on which defines the purpose, tasks, project work. The structural and electrical schematic diagram measuring temperature based on silicon diode, held schematic simulation, developed charge indicator. Based on theoretical data, developed based on the temperature of the silicon diode that meets the following characteristics: temperature range from -55 °C to +125 °C, and supply 12 ÷ 16 V. The measures concerning labor protection in production facilities and increase stability of measuring temperature in terms of the factors threatening emergency.
