The invention relates to measuring engineering, in particular to measurement of parameters of active quadrupoles, and can be used for measurement of parameters of transistors, with those of SHF range included. Method for determination of direct and reversed conductivity of quadrupole includes application of electric oscillations with constant power and frequency to input of non-reciprocal quadrypole and measurement of power and conductivity. Measurement of input and output conductivity of quadrupole is carried out in mode of zero transmission by power.
