Abstract

The work considers the need for the formation of innovative orientation and the development of technical creativity of students and specialists during their studies in institutions of higher education, as an element of simultaneously increasing the competitiveness of specialists and universities. The main tasks of higher education to ensure the development of a specialist and the ways of their implementation are considered.
