The input device of the current comparator comprises two input transistors, an additional and a negative power bus, a neutral bus, thirty-four transistors, the first and the second output transistors, two resistors, an input and an output buses. In addition, thirty- fifth, thirty-sixth, thirty-seventh, thirty-eighth, thirty-ninth, fortieth, forty-first, forty-second transistors and the third current source are introduced in device.
