Abstract

The automation of the accounting of working time and the loading of employees is relevant for the implementation of formal accounting procedures, their compliance with the regulatory framework, and also this system is the basis for the system of employee motivation, the formation of a comprehensive system of compliance of the load and the results of the personnel activities, assessment of labour productivity. Existing ready-made software solutions have universal features. These functions are superfluous to implement the \"universality\" property, and also do not always match the specifics of the organization. The article contains an example of a monitoring system model for a higher education institution. The results of the study include the main target models of the system of managerial accounting and monitoring for a higher educational institution at the department, faculty, and university level. The general target model of the teacher`s activity is presented in the form of an Ishikawa chart. Above the \"skeleton of a fish\" the main activities of the teacher are defined, they fill working hours, and under the \"skeleton of fish\" are the results of the activity in relation to each species. The model is based on the scenario of waiting for the following results: an increase in the rating of a higher educational institution among others, the development of its brand, popularity, an increase in the number of students, orders for research work; personal achievements of each teacher and department in scientific and educational-methodical activity.
