Анотація
Motivation of staff is one of the main factors of the effective organization’s functioning. The quality of employees’
work depends on the motivation. The quality of finished products, goods or services depend on their work. The modern
software of personnel motivation management at the enterprise are investigated in the article, it advantages and
disadvantages are determined.
