Abstract

A device with axial feed of the powder material comprises a heater of compressed air, supersonic nozzle, powder feeder, supercritical part of the nozzle, the nozzle, pipeline, the mouth of the nozzle. The supersonic nozzle is made as a cylindrical tube of constant section by length connected to the pipeline which has the shape of an axisymmetric conical core. The axisymmetric core forms the ring critical section with the edge of the cylindrical tube hole. The hole edge of the cylindrical tube which is connected with a conical core has a conical shape. The conical core is mounted for adjustment and fixing of the critical section area of the annular supersonic nozzle.
