Abstract

The proposed optoelectronic module contains bit cells, a cell for indicating the module initial state, a D trigger, a switch for altering the counting direction, two AND logic elements, and an OR logic element. Each bit cell and the cell for indicating the module initial state contains a transistors, a light-emitting unit, three photodetectors, three isolating diodes, and two resistors. Additionally, the cell for indicating the module initial state contains a light-emitting diode. The switch for altering the counting direction contains an RS trigger and four AND logic elements. The module has an input for the read-write enabling signal, data inputs, a set signal input, a reset signal input, a timing signal input, and power-supply inputs.
