Впровадження соціально-психологічних технологій в навчальний процес вищого навчального закладу

Abstract

У статті зроблена спроба описати соціально-психологічні технології, які можуть бути застосовані у вищих навчальних закладах з метою створення умов для ефективної адаптації студентів до процесу освіти.В статье предпринята попытка описать социально-психологические технологии, которые могут быть применены в высших учебных заведениях в целях создания условий для эффективной адаптации студентов к процессу образования.In the article there was made an attempt to describe socio-psychological technologies, that could be applied in high educational institutions in order to create conditions for efficient adaptation students to process of education. Efficiency of a person professional realization, on our opinion. is highly dependent on successful and complex implantation of these technologies. The experience of socio-psychological technologies implantation in educational process of Vinnytsya National Technical University is proposed. Implementation of those kinds of psychological and socio-psychological activities is provided by the Laboratory of Sociological Investigations and VNTU Services of Psychological Assistance. Supporting of connections with corresponding centers and scientific organizations, centers and sociological investiga¬tions by means of official laboratory of Sociological Investigations Web-site makes it possible to use effectively information in educational process and in scientific investigations.
