The diagnosis device for protection system of a production facility for formation of test and reference signals to be compared in process of diagnosis with a production facility reaction system and results in accepting a decision of technical state of the last. In process of diagnosis faults are detected for the current time. In case of need of actuation defence system the diagnosis process is stopped. During the detection of faults in protection system, the operating personnel is extended a message.
