Анотація
The existing methods of modeling management decisions on the implementation of organizational and technological
measures to improve the thermal insulation envelope of buildings are analyzed. It is emphasized that the energy
efficiency of the thermal insulation envelope of buildings is determined by quantitative and qualitative factors. For the
organizational and technological support of solutions for improving the thermal insulation envelope of buildings, it is
advisable to use methods of multifactorial and multicriteria analysis, which take into account the influence of
quantitative and qualitative factors.
