The reasons of reconstruction and transformation of city centers and the main components of the modern model of city reconstruction are considered. The reconstruction of the city, the city center, today is one of the most widespread problems of the modern city, the urgency of which is taking place, first of all, in the area of the permanent dynamic process, as well as in the transition period to the construction of the central part of the city, as well as the provision of the established city center back provision for a more comfortable life of the population.
