Investment efficiency management of machine-building enterprises: the impact of a agreed purpose

Abstract

У роботі розглянуто окремі підходи до вивчення доцільності та ефективності організаційних підходів до управління взаємодією зі стейкголдерами, можливості спрямування цієї взаємодії на формування спільних цілей. Стейкголдерів категоризовано для виокремлення окремих груп з метою точнішого визначення їхніх цілей для узгодженості та дослідження взаємин зі стейкголдерами, що допоможе виявити ключові показники ефективності підприємства. Запропоновано визначити поняття «узгодженої мети» та пов'язані з ним визначення «точки дотику», «лінії дотику» й «області дотику», що дасть змогу докладніше дослідити моменти поєднання окремих цілей стейкголдерів і тактичних цілей функціонування підприємства в межах сформованої стратегії діяльності.The paper examines certain approaches to studying the feasibility and effectiveness of organizational approaches to managing stakeholder interaction, the possibility of directing this interaction towards the formation of common goals. Stakeholders are categorized to identify individual groups to more accurately identify their goals for consistency and to explore stakeholder relationships that will help identify key performance indicators for the enterprise. It is proposed to define the concept of «agreed purpose» and the related definitions of «touch point», «touch line» and «touch area» which will allow to explore in more detail the moments of combination of individual goals of stakeholders and tactical goals of functioning of the enterprise within the formed strategy of activity.
