Abstract

An optoelectronic module comprises in every digit a regenerative optron connected to the power supply bus, which includes a light source, a photoreceiver and an amplifier. Every digit comprises two in series-connected photoreceivers , the united terminals of which are connected to input of a regenerative optron, and other terminals - to the corresponding input busses, one of thereof is optically connected to the light source of the previous digit, other – to the light source of the next digit. RS-trigger, D- trigger, two AND elements, a convertor and the light source, as well as a fourth photoreceiver to first digit are incorporated.
