Abstract

This work has investigated an autoclave chamber with a recirculating aerodynamic heater designed for the heat and moisture treatment of concrete products. Evaluation of known installations and proposed equipment with recirculating aerodynamic heating for the heat and moisture treatment of concrete and reinforced concrete products by the duration of the treatment cycle and their energy efficiency indicators. It has been established that the most promising method is autoclave treatment using aerodynamic equipment of the recirculating type, which will improve the quality of concrete products, reduce energy costs and the time of heat and moisture treatment, which will positively affect the productivity of production and competitiveness of the enterprise.
