Abstract

The proposed method for coding digital data with protection against unauthorized access implies reading data, conversion of the data read into serial code, and transmitting the data over a communication channel. The method consists in forming, in the transmitter of the communication channel, code combinations by using Adamar matrices, determining the tables of correspondence between the information messages and the code combinations, coding the information messages to be transmitted by the said code combinations, transmitting the bytes of the code combination sequences corresponding to the coded information messages over the communication channel, merging, in the receiver of the communication channel, two-byte data words corresponding to each information message into one code combination, which is compared with the code combinations presented in the specified correspondence table, and selecting the table code combination that is closest to the received code combination, decoding each information message, forming an output data file, and recording this file onto a data carrier. The proposed device for the realization of the method contains a communication channel, a personal computer, and additionally, a serial interface unit, a modem, and a read-only memory unit in the personal computer.
