Abstract

In diploma work the task of development of workplace of tooling of detail decides «Lid 12.36» with the use of CAD/CAM of the systems. In-process a certain type of production and form of organization of work, executed analysis of technologicalness of construction of detail, chosen method and method of making of purveyance, is taking into account tekhniko-ekonomichnogo comparison of variants, conducted calculations of assumptions on treatment, realizable choice of clean and draft technological bases, a technological process is projected. The working drawing of detail, working drawing of purveyance, graphic image of route of tooling of detail, chart, and table is executed in graphic part, that explain the size analysis of technological process, workplace of tooling of detail, economic comparison of technological routes of tooling, and also the 3D model of detail is presented. In the economical part were carried out the calculations of the necessary investments, the cast price of the detail, an economical effect of modernization of technological process and the period of recoupment. In the work guarding was carried out the analysis of the condition of work in the district.
