Abstract

The textbook is devoted to solving basic problems of computational mathematics and graph-analytical calculation of statics problems using computer technology. Its purpose: 1. To expand and consolidate knowledge on the use of the WORD text editor in combination with EXCEL spreadsheets for various mathematical calculations. 2. To master the method of work in the COMPASS program with simultaneous knowledge of graphical methods of finding the supporting forces in the relevant structures. 3. The acquired knowledge will be necessary for the study of such disciplines as higher mathematics, computer science (practicum), drawing, theoretical mechanics, resistance of materials, structural mechanics and other engineering and applied disciplines. Using the manual does not require special knowledge of higher mathematics and programming techniques, knowledge of graphical calculation methods. The given examples of performance of tasks are sufficient for mastering of the corresponding methods of calculations.
