Оптимальне керування нормальними режимами електроенергетичних систем критеріальним методом з застосуванням нейронечіткого моделювання

Abstract

Dissertation work is devoted development of methods and methods which are directed on the improvement of optimal control by normal modes of the power systems (PS). It is in-process rotined that the use of normative value of technical power losses as a criterion of optimality at a control the normal modes of PS will allow to decrease the power losses and not exceed the normative value of power losses of electric power at the end of period covered. Increase of exactness of determination of normative value of technical power losses possibly due to using of methods of neuro-fuzzy design for finding of a minimum of normative description of TPL by the methods of the criterion programming. It is in-process rotined that before realization of the expected managing influences it is needed to define the functioning quality coefficient each to the transformer with RN, for the estimation of expedience of realization of influences control, that in same queue will give possibility to avoid emergency situations and surplus expenses, from the damage of transformers with RN.
