Abstract

The master's qualification work is devoted to developing method for distributing traffic in computer networks. The purpose of the work is to ensure optimal loading of the computer network and to reduce the average latency of packets in it. The routing and traffic engineering technologies were chosen as the basis for the work. The second section describes known methods of routing and optimal distribution of traffic in computer networks. Their advantages and disadvantages are considered. The third section describes a method that allows you to distribute traffic over a network with a minimum average weighted latency. The fourth section describes the development of a software application that allows you to simulate the work of methods for distributing traffic in a computer network. A comparison of the heuristic method and the method developed and conclusions were made.
