Abstract

Implementation of the policy of attracting young doctors to small settlements should be accompanied by the arrangement of comfortable and modern places for their living and working. Such a place can be a rural outpatient family type - the house is built and equipped in accordance with the latest requirements of relevant regulatory documents, in which young professionals will host patients, primary examination and treatment, and also live with the family. This type of building is a combination of a medical institution and a health care institution, therefore, the regulatory requirements for them should also be applied in combination. After implementation of feasibility study and comparison of possible technical solutions of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, energy-efficient design solutions were selected. It was revealed that the optimal variant solution is to install its own solid fuel furnace, install electric boilers for hot water heating and mechanical ventilation with multi-zone air conditioning. In the work, the selected heating equipment, furnace equipment, determined the required boiler capacity, as well as the diameters of pipelines and other heat engineering and ventilation equipment for the proper functioning of the system.
