Abstract

The main types, general procedures, test programs, commissioning measures and stages of commissioning of complex civil engineering systems of public and industrial buildings and civilian buildings are considered. The phasing of actions in the process of commissioning work at the final stages of construction, reconstruction, modernization and repair of systems is presented. It was determined that a significant factor influencing the operational reliability of engineering systems is their comprehensive initialization.
