Анотація
The article explores strategies for improving the efficiency of enterprise management in the context of digital
transformation. The limitations of traditional management models are analyzed and key priorities are identified:
innovation, flexibility, personnel development, process optimization, and cybersecurity. It is shown that their
implementation increases the efficiency, financial stability, and competitiveness of enterprises.
