Abstract

The article considers the problem of forming a health-saving environment of higher education; the analysis of theoretical conditions is made and the basic directions of formation of health-saving competence among students of a technical university are designated. The modern socio-political conditions that are more favorable for the creation and implementation of the newest principles, methods and technologies for the formation of professional competencies of future specialists in technical direction are analyzed. It is substantiated that health-saving competence is a necessary feature of a modern student who studies in the conditions of various environmental problems, modernization of society, the spread of unhealthy lifestyle phenomena, and the like.
