Трудові ресурси авіаційної галузі України: стан та перспективи

Abstract

The article substantiates the current state and prospects for the development of labor resources in the aviation industry. The average number of full-time employees of the transport system on the whole and the aviation industry in particular was analyzed. It has been shown that in the sphere of land and water transport the reduction of staff took place, whereas in air transport constant growth of the staff is observed. It is substantiated that sanitary-epidemiological and political factors influence the formation of labor resources in the aviation industry. It is shown that, against the backdrop of the slow growth of salaries in land and water transport sphere, remuneration in aviation transport has high indices. It has been proved that during the studied period fluctuation of personal in aviation transport increased almost two times, at the same time this index does not exceed the corresponding index in such branch of economic activity as “Transport, warehousing facilities, postal and express delivery service”, but in land and water transport slight decrease of fluctuation of personal as compared with the initial period of study is observed. It has been determined that the reduction of the personal in aviation transport is less than the analogous index for the type of economic activity, but greater than the indices of the reduction of the personal in land and water transport. It is shown that the prospects for the development of the labor potential of the aviation industry are: 1 — development of a single integrated motivational system that will encourage employees of aviation enterprises to work with higher productively, improve the quality of service, thoroughly perform their duties; 2 — further development of close cooperation between educational institutions and aviation enterprises; 3 — strengthening of the international cooperation and implementing the experience of foreign countries in the formation and organization of labor teams, employee motivation and their professional training; 4 — formation of modern worldview, which provides the market mentality of the employee, respect for private property, adaptation to the variability of market conditions. Perspective directions of labor resources development is implementation of the European experience, aimed at improvement of clients` service quality and enhancement of the performance at the enterprises of the branch.
