Subject of this qualification work is the description of the fast text recognition. For developing intelligent systems was held the analysis of popular methods and means of texts recognition and their effectiveness for certain tasks. Performed functional modeling and structural analysis of intelligent systems for the fast text recognition. As a result of was developed the architecture of the intelligent system and algorithms of its work. On the basis of algorithms that provide solution to the problem, implemented intelligent system for fast text recognition. Conducted intellectual testing system and analysis of its practical importance for users.
