Abstract

A theoretical study of the dependence of the output signal of the harmonic mixer on the parameters of the added signals and the constant bias voltage has been carried out. According to the results of the research, recommendations for choosing the optimal modes of the harmonic mixer are proposed. Modeling of the PLL system in Simulink environment is carried out. On the basis of this model, the behavior of the low frequency response of the harmonic phase detector for various parameters of the PLL system is studied. The concept of a cryogenic harmonic phase detector (CGFD) is proposed, a cryogenic PLL-based system is constructed on the basis of CGDF, the measured spectra and phase noise of a long Josephson transition are synchronized using such a system.
