Abstract

Were developed the mathematical model of capacitive humidity sensor, which describes the change of capacitance quantity of adsorbed water vapor for gas environment. Moisture is a system V-shaped and trapeze-like electrode that is fixed between two insulating rings. Based on the geometry of the capacitive humidity sensor and nature salt BaCl2 protected by moisture-absorbing polymethylmethacrylate film, were obtained the analytical dependences of the capacity of the structure from moisture action.
