Abstract

In the work the possibility of thin-layer stucco finish (up to 10 mm thick) using effective stucco mortar based on carbon filling is theoretically based and experimentally proved. Mortar production technique is researched and worked out. Dependence of strength and adhesive properties on the content of carbon filling has been established. Optimisation of the thin-layer stucco finish process has been done, which lead to obtaining covering 10 mm thick possessing high physical mechanical properties. The influence of the process technological structure and labour organisation have been investigated which resulted in quantitative and qualification work-team structure and selection of mechanisation means. Sensible structure of technological sets. Tools and equipment to be provided for work-teams has been worked out/ Technical-economic calculation of the thin-layer technique has been carried out.
