Анотація
The development of higher education in Ukraine, which has recently taken place in rather uncertain
conditions, given the existing challenges for humanity, can be effective only if the use of distance
learning technologies. In the developed countries of the world there is an emphasis not only on the need
to develop skills to independently find information, critically analyze it, but also to improve their
professional skills at all stages of life. It is to achieve this goal that new distance technologies of
personality-oriented learning are developed and implemented. In order to determine the principles of
the methodological system of professional training of future human rights defenders by means of
distance learning, the existing foreign experience in the implementation of distance learning is analyzed
and possible ways to adapt it in the Free Economic Zone of Ukraine are suggested
