Abstract

The article presents the way of choosing the optimal technology solutions unit hinged ventilated facades on the basis of experimental and statistical modeling. The main constructional and technological parameters of the device screen hinged ventilated facade and the size of the air gap. It is shown that the operational efficiency of ventilated facades for 27 years is possible using tight insulation (˃130 kg /m3). It is possible to significantly reduce the complexity of operating expenses and cost of the device suspended facades.
