Abstract

In the article the processes of oscillation dehydration of bagasse of sugar beet are analysed on the basis of presentation of his structure as a diphasic environment from transitional-porous by a structure and an idealizing model is offered, that allows to probe the change of intensity of these processes in the different modes.
