Abstract

The purpose of the work is to improve the technology of machining parts of the workpiece type «Corps PB.10.001» by introducing the principle of concentration of operations, modern technological equipment, an instrument that will reduce the technological cost of machining operations, improve product quality, productivity. To achieve this goal, an overview of the manufacturing technologies of parts such as «Corps» was conducted; the variant choice and the feasibility study of the method of manufacturing the workpiece are executed; versions of the mechanical processing route of the details of the «Corps PB.10.001» type are developed with the use of modern CNC machines and the choice of the best of them with a minimum of reduced costs; dimensional-precise modeling of the advanced technological process of mechanical processing; Cutting regimes and time standards are defined; the number of equipment and employees is calculated; the machining section has been improved. In the scientific part of the work, the feasibility of choosing allowances for mechanical processing of the exact surface of the details by various methods, namely, normative (experimental-statistical) and calculation-analytical, made it possible to conduct a comparative analysis of the results and draw conclusions. In the economic part of the MKR the capital investments are calculated, the cost of mechanical processing of the workpiece, the payback period and the economic effect obtained as a result of the improvement of the technological process and the machining section. Occupational safety and emergency measures have also been developed in the MKR. The graphic part illustrates the materials presented in the explanatory memorandum.
