Abstract

In this paper, the task of improving the characteristics of the hydraulic drive of moving a plate of injection moulding machine (IMM) is solved by developing a hydraulic drive diagram based on the study of transients in nonlinear mathematical models. The scheme of the proportional hydraulic drive of mobile plate moving on the basis of the variable-speed pump is developed, and the control system of the regulated pump has been developed. A nonlinear mathematical model of a proportional hydraulic drive for moving a moving plate was developed, for the calculation of which a numerical method for solving systems of nonlinear differential equations using the MATLAB Simulink application package was used. Transient processes in the hydraulic drive of the IMM were investigated, the dependencies of the design parameters of the feeder regulator and its dynamic and static characteristics were identified and determined. For the first time, the stabilization error was minimized due to the use of the found hyperbolic dependences of the static characteristic on the structural parameters of the feeder. A comparison of power characteristics was made on the example of the hydraulic efficiency of hydraulic drives IMM with regulated and unregulated pumps. The recommendations for choosing the value of structural parameters in order to provide the necessary dynamic and static characteristics are developed.
