Анотація
Modern trends in dairy production indicate active development of automation and robotics, which
improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality control. The introduction of distributed control
systems, machine vision, sensors, and SCADA systems significantly optimizes production processes and
ensures their flexibility.
