Abstract

The modern development of the sanatorium and resort sector in Ukraine is characterized by several new trends that meet the requirements of comfort, accessibility, and technological progress. Key directions of development include integration with the natural environment, the creation of multifunctional spaces, inclusivity, reconstruction of outdated facilities, and the transition from closed complexes to open public spaces. The implementation of smart technologies and the synergy of sanatorium treatment with wellness concepts contribute to increasing the competitiveness of Ukrainian resorts.
