Abstract

The paper focuses on some aspects of international migration related to issues of regulation of migration processes occurring in the integrated communities of the world, as well as the impact of international migration on socioeconomic condition of migrant-sending and migrant-receiving countries,. The complexity of state and interstate regulation of migration processes due to geopolitical changes is demonstrated. The purpose of the paper is to determine the current role of the international organizations in regulating the processes of international migration, in addition to the prospects for the evolution of migration management in the future. Different types of immigration policy are compared: the so-called \"open door policy\", restrictive policy and the policy of professional qualification quotas. The causes of the European migration crisis are considered, additionally the factors affecting the vectors of migration flows in the EU. Moreover, current global concepts of migration integration policy are listed. The risks of derivative post-crisis migration the countries of the European are analyzed, as well as reorientation of migration flows of post-crisis migration due to changes in European migration legislation, the establishing of legal restrictions on granting refugee status, asylum to emergency migrants, and resources for receiving migration flows countries experiencing armed or/and civil conflicts, crisis situations, environmental and natural-resource disasters that are under some other adverse conditions. A considerable amount of this paper has been devoted to legal regulation of the migration process in Europe in view of the fact that migration flows constitute a threat to the European society. The main provisions proposed by the leading parties in an attempt to regulate and stabilize the migration regime are given, using the examples of some countries of the European . Prospects for solving the migration crisis in Europe are analyzed. A sufficient attentions in the discussions on the migration crisis is paid to the issue of the impact of irregular migration on the economy of the migrant-receiving countries. Recommendations are given for improving the management of migration processes.
