Abstract

Actualit y of realizat ion of independent education is in the system of increase of industr ial strength of the concerned citizens security, first of all, related to that professional knowledge through influence of ha lf-per iod depreciate quickly. Taking it into account, the knowledge on questions of labor and industria l safety protection must periodically renovate and develop. In fact the degree of safety of workers depends on it. Therefore the decision of the marked problem must cons ist in passing to educat ion during life, in particular her major constit uent – se lf-education.The aim of the art icle is research of importance of independent cont inuous education in the system of providing of high leve l of labor and industr ia l safety of the concerned citizens of Ukraine protection. In the article the features of development of education are investigational during life, in particular such constituents, as formal, informal and independent in the aspect of increase of level of labor and industrial safety protection. Indexes that testify to actuality exactly of independent education in the system of in-crease of industria l strength security are analyzed. Conceptua l basis of independent educat ion is certain in the system of increase of level of know ledge from industr ial safety, that must join in all stages of profes-sional development of the concerned citizens (professional studies, studies on the base of existent profes-sion, in-plant training is official advancement – personal development – productive adaptation), that will allow to acquire new competences and on the whole to promote the general leve l of competence.
